My name is Trae Zipperer and I work hard to ensure you'll not find better representation
when it comes to buying and/or selling waterfront property in Sanibel, Captiva,
Fort Myers, or Cape Coral, FL. I'm addicted to the waterfront and keep my thumb
on the pulse of the waterfront market 24/7. That's right! Many times I can't sleep
at night, because I'm thinking about the water. Sometimes I get out of bed and sneak
out to my dock to see what's in the water under my snook light. Sometimes I wake
up and get on the computer to analyze a property I was dreaming about for one of
my customers.
You're probably asking yourself, "What does his wife think about his passion for
waterfront property?" Well, she loves the water just as much as I do. I've seen
her arms, ribs, and stomach black and blue from pulling redfish out from under the
mangroves! She loves the Lord and has never had a drink of alcohol, but I've heard
a few loud expletives come out of her mouth when a 150-pound tarpon came up on its
tail with her hook lodged deep in her jaw. She fought that monster for 45-minutes
on a 7-foot trout rod with 12-pound test. She was screaming and hollering the whole
time.
I'm a good old country boy from Florida. I'm a Navy veteran. I'm a father. I'm a
husband. I'm a Harvard MBA. I'll outwork anyone for my customers and I make it a
point to always know more than anyone about a piece of waterfront real estate. I'm
a competitor. My entire life I've been at the top of everything I've attempted whether
it's a 2-mile footrace, how many pizzas can be delivered in a single night, the
cleanest bathroom on the USS Nimitz, the highest GPA, and yes, the best REALTOR®.
If you want your Cousin Susan's newly licensed neighbor to represent you in your
search for waterfront property, that's your decision and a lot of people make that
mistake. If you want the absolute best person for the job of helping you buy or
sell waterfront real estate, give me a call and see for yourself why Trae Zipperer
will be your best friend in the real estate business.
I'm only in my late 30's, but I've built a solid resume to help you decide:
